	We pride ourselves on sourcing local,Cornish food produced by Farmers who are passionate about their work. We use the best ingredients to bake our own range of cakes and meals and we make Thursdays a Gluten -free day with speciality breads and cakes. Our Vegetables and Fruit are grown without any chemicals or pesticides and are there to be seen growing in the fields next to our shop. We can supply ingrediants that will inspire you - organic Bodmin Moor mutton, seasonal local game, pork from our own Gloucester Old Spot Pigs, Dexter or Slow grown Moorland beef. Ewes milk hallumi and ricotta from Bude. Our range of Cornish cheeses is there to tempt you. If you love chorizo or Parma ham, try the Delabole produced oak smoked paprika salami or coppa ham.Choose between free-range chicken from Bude or organic corn fed from Lanivet. We are improving and expanding our service,from June 2010 we will soon be baking our own Artisan breads and pastries, until then we continue to provide delicious Su-Pu Breads daily. St Kew Harvest has a tea room serving delicious home-made foods all day. We grind our own beans to make the perfect cup of coffee to relax with. Come and try our scrumptious cream teas.
